No. All clients are welcome to Sisluxe and have access to the store. The registration is free, fast and secure.

3. How are sales made?

There are permanent sales and campaigns with temporary sales. The products of permanent sales are displayed on the site Sisluxe, with delivery to European Union in approximately 3 working days and Singapore/Malaysia in 7 working days.
The temporary sales campaigns will be disseminated by newsletters. They will last 5 to 7 working days and the delivered in approximately 7 working days, from the end of the campaign.

4. What is the price of the products?

Prices listed in the website Sisluxe include the VAT rate. The shipment is free.

5. How are payments made?

The payments are made by credit card (Adyen) or paypal .

6. How are deliveries made?

Purchases will be delivered through a specialized distribution company at the address indicated by our member in his profile. Sisluxe is shipping to European Union, Singapore and Malaysia.

7. What is the deadline?

Permanente sales will be shipped to European Union in approximately 2 working days and to Singapore/Malaysia in 7 working days. The temporary sales campaigns will be delivered in approximately 7 working days, from the end of the campaign.

8. Is there a limit in the purchases to clients of Sisluxe?

No. The clients are always very welcome in our store and buy everything they want. Sisluxe requires no minimum purchase or maximum amounts.

9. Is it possible to return the products?

Yes. Our clients have the maximum period of 14 days to return the product, since it was not used and is in perfect conditions, inside original packaging.

The deadline for return starts from receipt of the product.

If the member is absent at the time of delivery, it shall be counted from the first documented attempt by the distribution company.

Sisluxe does not accept returns or exchanges of intimate products.

The return must be done through a specialized distribution company, which assures the delivery at Sisluxe facilities.

Sisluxe offers free and easy return shipping. 

To start the return process, the member only has to send an email to info@sisluxe.com that we can provide all the necessary information.

10. How is the refund made?

After the correct reception and verification of the product, Sisluxe will issue credit in the amount of the product, without the expense of postage. The credit is personal, nontransferable and valid indefinitely. It may be used to purchase any product from website www.sisluxe.com. Or, if our client prefer, we can return the money in the same way of the payment.
